All About Bee Pollen

What is Bee Pollen?

Bee Pollen is the pollen of flowers that collected by worker bees and mixed with its secretion during the collecting process. Pollen grains are small, male reproduction units formed in the anthers of the higher flowering plants. It is a sperm cell of the plants to complete the fertilization.

Bee Pollen formed when worker bees crawl around the flower until it’s dusted with pollen. Then they groom themselves, sweep off the pollen, mixing the pollen with its enzymes and load them into their pollen baskets to bring back to the hive.
